The cleaning was whipping with dry cloths in most cases, leaving a film that took about 80 hours of my time to properly clean after I told the insurance company I didn't want Duraclean back on my property. To this day you can still smell smoke. The insurance company paid me for my time, the problem was not the insurance company but the company that they contracted with Duraclean.
GuildQuality partners with it's member companies to survey their customers and collect detailed feedback on their behalf. Members have the option to turn off reviews but cannot hide individual reviews. It's all or nothing. This means that any reviews you see on a GuildQuality profile page are real comments left by the customer and verified by GuildQuality.
