What I received is not what I ordered. I ordered a frosted, privacy window for the bathroom and it is still not installed.

This particular company was new at kitchen refacing. They had to come out 3 different times to get it right. I don't think it is a very good service. When they finally finished, it took 6-7 months.

They lead you on with gift cards and you have to fight and argue to finally receive them.

Kitchen cabinets were ordered with3! mos turn around. This was March 2021! Finally in May received phone call with installment date..When delivered it was not our order! We refused it. Sales man had ordered wrong product. Finally our correct order arrived and was installed in mid july.Salesman never apolized for his mistake. Our kitchen tore up for 5 months

The work was done as expected.

I think the service we had for sales, the followup, and the installation was fine. It was just very cold on the day of the installation, and they should have waited to do the work, instead of rushing. They had to come back and fix things.

The materials and quality are very good but how they boxed the product caused some damage. The installers were mostly professional, I did have some problems with them.
