This particular company was new at kitchen refacing. They had to come out 3 different times to get it right. I don't think it is a very good service. When they finally finished, it took 6-7 months.

Kitchen cabinets were ordered with3! mos turn around. This was March 2021! Finally in May received phone call with installment date..When delivered it was not our order! We refused it. Sales man had ordered wrong product. Finally our correct order arrived and was installed in mid july.Salesman never apolized for his mistake. Our kitchen tore up for 5 months

I think the service we had for sales, the followup, and the installation was fine. It was just very cold on the day of the installation, and they should have waited to do the work, instead of rushing. They had to come back and fix things.

The materials and quality are very good but how they boxed the product caused some damage. The installers were mostly professional, I did have some problems with them.

They meticulously installed my tub unit. They made sure to correct anything underneath of the old tub.

The work done correctly is great. However, if something isn't right, the time it takes to get it addressed is weeks (and counting). This make me wonder how long it would take to resolve a warranty issue.

Definitely, We got all the windows in our house replaced. This was a sizable chunk of money and we had the sales rep. (Derek) out multiple times to answer questions and discus exactly what we should expect in the process. Each member of the team that came out to our house we asked many questions and again wanted detail information on what to expect. Each member of the organization was extremely knowledgeable and patient with us. We really appreciated that. The installation took longer than expected but it went well and we are happy with the product.

The project took too long. I know it wasn't easy during COVID.

The door that was repaired was not done completely. It’s a bi-fold door and still did not close flat. I had to readjust how it was mounted so it now folds flat and stays closed. I was not present when the job was performed.

The two young men finished right on time. They did a great job and got the job done at the prescribed time. I like people that are on time. They didn't goof off. They did it efficiently. I'm glad I got them. I've already recommended them already. I would strongly recommend to anybody.

Home Install Experts was on time. They came and did all of the work in a much shorter time than I expected. Everything was great. I had no complaints.

The windows was professional installed, good quality in the work that was put in. They did an exceptional job.

They told me it would take six to eight weeks to arrive, and it took almost 4 months. When the windows were installed, the workers left the front door open all day on a very cold day, they left empty water bottles all over my house, and they had the wrong size patio door so they couldn't install it. When I called about the door, they said it would take another eight weeks to arrive, at which point I just canceled. It was all pretty unprofessional.
