Initially, I was happy with the team at Restoration 1. As time went on, I became disappointed in the lack of communication from the manager, David Tynes. He was late to appointments and did not follow through on contacting a contractor (he specifically said he would handle that). He also tried to leave an appointment without updating me on the progress of the restoration. I had to stop him and ask if another visit needed to be scheduled as he was walking out the front door. Not impressed.
