Started off rocky, but got better
They were great at scheduling, following up and keeping me informed. I really was grateful for their experience and expertise.
Trinity didn’t stand out on this transaction compared to the previous project.
The company was great to work with from start to finish.
They did a wonderful job walking me through the entire process. They gave me confidence on the insurance process.
The workmanship was on par with the quality I expected. Some aspects of the job were left under my expectations, but they tried their best to make everything right. Overall, they did a good job.
Have worked with Trinity in the past at my church with great success. I took bids for my house project and Trinity was competitive and low. But the project was not well managed and took about 6 months to complete.l
Was difficult since none of the daily workers spoke English so the only communication was with the project manager.
Great sales man Kevin and he helped through the whole experience.
Extremely poor communication and follow-up. Most of this post job completion on issues and final.
They were very good workers! They worked very hard and did a terrific job given the circumstances of the weather.
I thought they were very responsive to our needs and the roof turned out well.
They were exceptional.
It was a bad experience. We hired them to replace the roof and gutters. The roof was done quite quickly and appeared fine from below. The gutter guy initially “forgot” to caulk the joints so water was leaking at every joint during and after rain. He came back attempting to fix the leaks but nothing improved. It took another crew to fix most of the leaks and the second crew had to come back another to fix more leaks. The gutter was done in the summer, we have been picking up screws and metal trims since day one. There are still plenty of them hidden in the plants and shrubs. Frustrating me to no end. In the fall when I was up on the roof to clean up leaves, I discovered that the roof crew did a bad thing that was not visible from below. They jammed a corner trim into a flashing which effectively dammed up the water which had nowhere to go except being soaked up by the wood trim. I was tired of calling the contractor so I cut open the path for the water to flow. It was an area they tried to finish after it was dark on day one. While I appreciated their speed of work, the result was someone cutting the corner and creating a problem which could have caused damages years later.
Overall, this was not a positive experience and I would not be comfortable recommending to anyone at this point.
They were very great in communication, very detailed in the quote, and very responsive to our needs.
I felt the work was top notch but I had to have Miguel come out on 4 seperate occassions to address issues I found. Additionally, after the first few weeks communication fell off and I was the one regularly prompting for updates. Overall great work, terrible process.
Very unlikely to recomend.
They were on time and professional. They did everything in a day and the quality is very good.
Trinity Exteriors, Inc was very professional, and they did a good job end to end.
They did an excellent job!
Pete and Sergio were amazing. I definitely say if someone wanted a knowledgeable and friendly inspection they should contact them.
The quality of product and installation were excellent.
It seemed as if there were gaps between Trinity parties throughout the process. Sales didn't include areas which the project manager immediately mentioned would be necessary, multiple requests to have certain areas completed or re-done due to poor quality work, incorrect invoicing, etc.
Good communication leading up to the work. Performed work as expected. Disappointed with bent fascia and cleanup after the job.
GuildQuality partners with it's member companies to survey their customers and collect detailed feedback on their behalf. By administrating surveys as an unbiased third party we ensure that customers have the oppurtunity to express their true feelings about a project and that members get the most accurate and detailed feedback possible.
When a survey contains the "Review" question, that customer's answer will show up on the member's profile page as a public review. Members have the option to turn off reviews but cannot hide individual reviews. It's all or nothing. This means that any reviews you see on a GuildQuality profile page are real comments left by the customer and verified by GuildQuality.
Each item listed under "Customer satisfaction" represents a specific question asked by GuildQuality to customers of Trinity Exteriors, Inc as part of our survey process. The bar graph and percentage next to the question stand for the percentage of respondents that were "Satisfied" about that particular question.
A customer is considered satisfied about about a question if they answered with 4 or more stars out of 5. For example if the "Communication" question is at 95% satisfaction that means that 95% of survey respondents answered that question with 4 or more stars out of 5 possible stars.More about surveys
