Trinity was great to work with! From the beginning to end, the communication was clear. Expectations were set and achieved. Thank you for making this an easy process.
Trinity has outstanding staff. They are professional in every manner. The quality of their work is great and very timely. They are very good at cleaning after their work too. Very pleased with their work. Nick and Jarrod, thank you for your leadership. Murtuza Siddiqui
I had a really hard time finding someone to replace skylights, and Trinity stepped up, even though it was a "small" job.
This was our first experience with a roofing and siding contractor. Trinity Exteriors did an outstanding job aligning the Sales, Project Management, and Accounting teams to replace our siding and roofing. All team members were professional, communicated effectively and promptly, and completed the project on time. I would strongly recommend their employees and workmanship.
They are fast, friendly and provided professional service. They always explained what was going to happen and when. They had great communication. Everything was done really well
We had a lot of communication errors with Trinity Exteriors. There were issues in the bidding portion of the job. The work was not satisfactory in our opinion.
Sorry, but I cannot recommend Trinity at this time because of all the communication breakdowns between sales and production. We experienced so many issues that are still ongoing to this day 5/21/20. A fooling job that was started in Oct 2019 is still not completed yet! It's a lengthy story that begins with promises made by the salesman that were never recorded on his initial write up of the job but were recorded on the insurance adjusters paperwork, this should have been the first red flag. When the crew finally arrived after finishing another job that was started the previous day, it was already later in the day than it should have been to start and expect to finish our roof on the same day, yet the crew pushed on. They finished roofing right at dark which ment that there was absolutely no time for cleanup around our home. I witnessed half of the crew packing the van with tools and equipment and the other half running around with their cell phone lights on trying to clean up the mess left around home and where the materials were staged. I went and got a 500w shop light and set it up so at least the guys packing the van had some light to work with. The other guys were returning with small handfuls of tar paper and plastic until the van was packed and the crew leader was ready to go. Only one of these guys spoke a very minimum amount of broken English and were next to impossible for me to communicate with. In the morning I went out to inspect the job. To my disappointment there was tar paper, plastic wrap from the shingle bundles and debris everywhere around the house that had been missed by the crew with their cellphone lights. It was windy and I didn't want it to blow everywhere so my wife and I spent the better part of the day picking up the mess that was left behind. In addition to this we found roofing nails all around the parimiter of the house and in the driveway where there was a large amount of nails that were completely missed with their magnet. We are still finding nails in our landscape rock as of today. Another disappointing aspect was the company's full tandem axel dumpster trailer sat in my driveway for 4 whole days with a flat right rear tire until I went out with an air compressor and filled it up. I don't know who came to get it or when but it was supposed to be out of there the day after the job was completed. I did get a follow up call from the salesman sometime in November after winter had fully set in and I voiced my concerns over the lack of cleanup and the trailer issue. We were put on the cleanup list for the first thing in the spring of 2020. I got a call from one of the project managers informing me that a crew would be out the following day, they never showed, I called him on it and he said it was a lack of communication and apologized, no big deal we had already done OUR spring clean up of the yard and around the house. It was about a week later that 3 guys showed up and ran around the house looking for debris that we had already cleaned up. I wish they would have run a magnet around, like I said we are still finding nails. On top of all of this we were informed this spring that the price to do the work on our house had increased by $1000 from the original quote because of material increases!? What? It keeps going, my wife and I were looking at the bow window on the second story of our house and noticed the the shingles were still the old ones and this was never re roofed, we called trinity and they had to send a crew out to take care of this recently also. I then asked the project manager about the door, corner and window trim pieces that were to be replaced that haven't been addressed yet. He didn't know about them but they were in the insurance adjusters estimate of repairs which trinity was paid to do. He agreed to take care of this but we are still waiting on that portion to be completed as of 5/21/2020. I hate to even ask about the $75 dinner referral we were supposed to receive for the other neighbors that we referred and signed up with Trinity, unfortunately that was between myself and our sales rep who no longer is employed with Trinity. Sorry for such a long winded response, 4 of us in the immediate neighborhood used Trinity and each one of us had some kind of issue, all by the way had the same sales rep. With the amount of roofers out there tracking hail damaged areas of the country, you should not have any problems like we experienced especially with a local company that has a great rating with the BBB. I thought I had done the proper amount of homework. Was it the sales rep? Was it the company? YEP! Both are equally at fault!
The guys work real hard. They did a good job.
I loved the service. Everything was fabulous.
Great service! Excellent value! High quality work! I'm very satisfied.
The crew did a really good job. It was on time. They got all through it in the time they said. Bob the salesguy said it would take about two days and it did.
Although I would recommend, I would caution against expecting the scheduled date to be accurate.
Very unlikely to an older person (see answer to number 12)
They do outstanding work and are willing to go above and beyond when help is needed, however, their communication with the customers and the ability to stay on a set schedule needs to be worked on.
My experience with Trinity Exteriors was poor. The workers did not prepare for the protection of our shrubbery. The project manager was less than professional. The clean-up was marginal. I would never use their services again.
We would not recommend Trinity Exteriors to our friends unless the company saves us money on the remainder of the project to be completed this spring. They have offered a vague "coupon deal" for future projects if we were to chose them. We will not chose them unless they make our experience on this project much better.
Fantastic job! They left my property cleaner than when they arrived!
Excellent experience on all levels - highly recommend
When you deal with Trinity, you deal with the people who work with Trinity, and they are exceptional.
Great handling of my case from beginning to end. The work done was perfect, really appreciate the help from Trinity!
They did really good work. They were nice and courteous.
Ted Swanson and his team did such a great job repairing my house after this last summers hail storm in the Savage MN area. I would highly recommend there team to do work for any of my customers and they did. I'ma independent insurance agent here in the State of Minnesota and have been an agent for 40 years. All of my customers that asked for a recommendation were told Trinity Exteriors. All of the customers that used Trinity were all very pleased with the customer service and quality of work performed.
We are happy with the outcome; however, the job took much longer than we were told. It would have been better to have told us up front the realistic timeline. Overall, though we are satisfied with the quality of the work, the cleanliness of the job site and the people involved in our project.
In today’s busy world we have come to expect average because great is so seldom what we receive. This is NOT THE CASE with Trinity Exteriors! I have had storm chasers beat down my door saying that I have damage, and they want to help. I have had referrals from friends say that they know of a company that is great with roofs. But, although I could see that my 14-year-old roof was in bad shape and had damage, two of these roofing companies had tried to work with our insurance carrier and could not get them to agree with their assessment. From the start, the Trinity assessment of my roof was different. They told me that I did not have enough hail damage to get the insurance company to respond, but that I did have wind damage. Where others had failed, Trinity came out and worked with the insurance company, and we received approval for a new roof. Their crew needs to be mentioned because they did a superior job from start to finish! From the removal to clean up. Trinity was also excellent at communicating throughout the project as well, both prior to, during and after the project. Everything about them demonstrates customer excellence. Five Stars for sure!Brad and Jane Lantz
They did a great job of explaining the various steps for the lay person. All questions were addressed in a simple way and answered multiple times. Joe Gorka and Miguel Sotamba were outstanding in helping you along the way of a somewhat stressful event!
