They took the time to have the skylight rep come to the house and walk us through the product and installation process, which was very helpful. They did exactly what it was I wanted them to do.

Would recommend for siding work. The quality and finishes here were great. Would not recommend for door or window work. The issues I had to point out on the door and window were basic fit and finish. The project manager tried to suggest caulking a gap as wide as my finger between the window trim and the wall. There was another delay because the first guy couldn’t install the storm door. The individual that came back to fix this issue was good and knew what was wrong immediately. Even then, the trim that showed up wasn’t what he was expecting. He made it look nice but clearly wasn’t how he wanted to do it.

Everything went well! I so appreciated the weekend work so that our business hours were uninterrupted. It was all so smooth. Thank you!

Reasonable and efficient with a focus on quality

Everyone that I encountered was very professional, friendly, and excellent at their job. They were very accommodating to do the work on a Saturday as I run an in home day care in my home.

I recommended Trinity to a few of my neighbors. There are three other signs now within a block of me. I didn't realize I had a problem until a few weeks after my job was completed when I went up on a ladder to measure the width of my gutter guards for another project. The problem is explained in later sections of this review. I would certainly give a higher score to this question if just the shingles were to be replaced, but the roofing crew did a terrible job trying to replace the gutter guards and it took a long time to get someone back here to correct the problem. The project manager should have said something to me and/or someone at the office about the problem right after he went up to do the final inspection and not just ignore it.

Jordan Poehler worked with the crew to get the roof off/on quickly and with great results. Jesus Camacho Ruiz explained the process, kept us informed all the time and was a pleasure to work with. So was the crew that was here the entire time. Alejandra Barajas was consistently helpful and responsive from the office.

They worked hard to get us a claim for a new roof and succeeded, saving us a lot of money.

Recommended by my insurance agent. Nick and his team were very responsive in getting the project set up and scheduled. Being familiar with the processes of my insurance company made it much easier to get everything going. Also much appreciated extra help on portion of my claim that Trinity would not be doing: Part of my claim was replacement of a fence. Nick provided names of some local fencing companies and one responded quickly and got that portion of the job done.

Trinity did a great job with my roof and cleanup, and I have gardens al around my home that they were careful with. They were helpful with multiple follow up with my insurance and me afterwards regarding billing.
