They worked hard to get us a claim for a new roof and succeeded, saving us a lot of money.

Recommended by my insurance agent. Nick and his team were very responsive in getting the project set up and scheduled. Being familiar with the processes of my insurance company made it much easier to get everything going. Also much appreciated extra help on portion of my claim that Trinity would not be doing: Part of my claim was replacement of a fence. Nick provided names of some local fencing companies and one responded quickly and got that portion of the job done.

Trinity did a great job with my roof and cleanup, and I have gardens al around my home that they were careful with. They were helpful with multiple follow up with my insurance and me afterwards regarding billing.

Trinity’s staff were all professional and worked with our insurance company to get our roof replaced.

Communications after the sale wasn’t clear. Roof has not yet been completed to the satisfaction of the building inspector or myself.

Everything about doing business with Trinity exceeded our expectations. Adam Swenson came to give us a bid on the date he said he would come. Our experience with contractors is that this does not happen often. He took all the time we needed when we went over the bid together. A Trinity employee showed up to meet with our insurance adjuster every time that adjuster needed to get back up on our roof. Trinity was able to negotiate a fair insurance settlement when we had all but given up and were going to pay for a new roof totally out of pocket. Our house, garage and outbuilding were all roofed in two days time by an amazingly hard working crew. Cleanup was impeccable.

Incidentally, I was contacted by several contractors, but I reached out to Trinity because of the good experience I have 10 years ago when they replaced my roof and siding.

Did the project on time as promised and told me what was happening before, during and after

Trinity Exteriors was prompt to give an estimate and schedule the repair. Their pricing was reasonable even though they spent quite a lot more time and materials than they planned.

The staff from Brendan Westbrook in sales to Jordan Poehler who today corrected some errors in the fascia were most courteous, complete and responsive.

The work was done on time. The house and yard were very clean after the work was completed. I really appreciated the supervisor. He came back and re-checked everything and addressed any concerns. The quality of the work and how well they did it was really exceptional.

These guys are awesome! They were so responsive, extremely helpful, did great, high-quality work, and really went above and beyond! I would HIGHLY recommend them!

After a very long and complicated delay of almost a year we finally got out roof replaced and another 6 months later the siding was done so that was VERY frustrating. They did a good job once it was finally started and were great about making sure everything was satisfactory, in the end.

From the first phone call, to the final inspection, Trinity has been phenomenal in delivering us a most pleasant and professional experience in roofing. We are absolutely more than satisfied with our new roof and the great guys that completed it, especially on such a hot day!

We ordered a roof and gutters. The gutters were removed and the roof was finished summer of 2022, but there was rotted fascia which wasn’t addressed at the time. It took almost a year to get the rest completed and that was only because I called in the spring.
There was no price break for our wait. The subcontractors were excellent, but I will not use Trinity again

My friend referred me to Trinity Exteriors, and it took them a while to contact me, so for me to refer my friend, I am not sure if I can do that. This is based on my experience. The quality of the product is good, though.

Trinity did a great job working with our insurance company. Once on the job, the workers were very good, and the on-site project manager was really friendly, helpful and professional.

The job took much longer than was promised and their 3rd party trash company left the dumpster blocking the driveway for a week after the job.

Tim came out to see the damage the same day that we called Trinity. There was a hole in the roof and he had someone come that same evening to tarp it (a Friday).He (Tim) also helped deal with our insurance issues we had.
The company was easy to communicate with & responded to any questions or concerns we had in a timely manner.
The crews did a good job cleaning up after themselves. From our experience, we would recommend Trinity.

Replaced a double seater wooden swing roof. The roofer worked diligently in the heat of the day and I wouldn't hesitate to use him again. There was a mix-up at the end with cleanup but it was rectified quickly.

Trinity was the only company that responded to me when I had an issue with ice dams in the winter, and that excellent customer service continued all the way through the entire roof replacement process. They were able to work with my insurance company to get significantly more covered than the initial assessment, and the only cost to me beyond the deductible was for additions that I chose to make. Everyone that I dealt with from sales, to office staff, to project managers, to the installers was great. The work was completed both timely and to a high standard of quality. I had several projects in and around my home completed this summer, and Trinity was by far the best of the companies involved to deal with.

Trinity Exteriors was a pleasure to work with. From sales to production manager to the work staff, everyone was very professional. The communication was excellent. The project manager kept us informed of scheduling and status, and answered all of our questions promptly. The work staff completed the project on time and cleaned up every night. We have already recommended Trinity to our neighbors.
