Remove existing two layers of Sherriff-Goslin shingles on existing roof. Inspect decking re-nail and replace where needed. Install any necessary underlayments, flashing and venting per Mfr specs and City codes. Fill-in existing hat vent holes with plywood and install new ridge vent. Cover gable vent inside attic.
