Screened porch: Used existing concrete patio and added a six foot extension projecting into the backyard for an overall area of 13’6â€x18’0â€. Ohio Exteriors dug the necessary footers, stick framed the porch using treated lumber, and installed Atlas Pinnacle Pristine (Dove) shingles on the roof. Insulated CedarMAX vinyl siding in Pewter was installed to match the home. (The customer elected not to paint the treated lumber at this time)
