Siding: Remove existing lapboard siding. Inspect substructure for any unseen damages or areas needing repairs. Install Neopor insulation panels. Professionally install new Hardie lap siding (7.25" clapboard, Monterey Taupe), Primed. Cover existing fascia with new PVC poly coil (Linen white). Go over existing cedar trim with new prefinished Hardie trim.
Roofing: Remove existing 2 layers of shingles. Inspect decking, re-nail and replace where needed. Professionally install new roofing system per City code and Mfr specifications. Owens Corning TruDef Driftwood.
Also: Wrap fascia and install new gutters. Paint the soffit and the front porch.
