The existing fireplace was replaced with a new six foot linear fireplace with large-format tile surround, making it a dramatic focal point in the room. The existing built-in cabinets were repainted and new cabinet doors were installed. In the entry, the balusters and handrails were removed and replaced with a modern cable rail system. These updates give the home sleek lines and a more contemporary feel.
