The existing basement was partially finished but did not offer defined space for the homeowners. The new design took into consideration their existing needs and allows for flexibility for their future needs. During the design and construction process Mr. Patel was not very engaged but it has been reported back to me since completion that he is the one getting the most use out of the space!
