Installing 4 ProVia doors to a sunroom and discover the existing doors are holding up the roof. The sill plate of half of the wall and the bottom of the wall studs were rotted away. Improper repair that caulk where they shouldn't caulk cause water being trapped. We built new walls and reinstalled all existing aluminum siding. Took half a day more than planned but resolved a BIG problem for our customer.
