For the past three decades, Maggio Roofing has offered the Washington DC Metropolitan area the highest quality workmanship and unmatched level of expertise in specialty metal, slate and tile roof repair, and the installation and repair of flat roofs. We primarily serve the greater Washington DC area, including Montgomery County Maryland and Northern Virginia.

Maggio Roofing operates its own sheet metal shop in which we fabricate custom gutters, cornices, finials, standing seam metal pans, and any other roof related product needed for the completion of a new roof or repair of an existing roof.

Although we have completed many large projects, the majority of our work is in the installation of new flat roofs on residential homes.

We also specialize in slate and tile repairs as well as custom fabricated metal roofs on residential properties. In addition to these roof types, we install asphalt shingle roofs, synthetic slate roofs, and wood shake roofs.
