Founded in 1988, by master carpenter Greg Smith, the Greg Smith Company is an award-winning design/build home remodeling contractor and custom home builder. Licensed and Insured

We are licensed to remodel homes and build custom homes in Virginia, Maryland and the District of Columbia. We also carry general business liability insurance, and workers comp insurance. We require our specialty trade remodeling contractors to be licensed (where applicable) and to carry the appropriate business liability and workers comp insurance. Licensed in Virginia (2701-035900A), Washington, DC (02688) and Maryland (45259).
