Nelson, the representative worked with me, he was great and flexablilty to our project. I had 6 estimates and he was the one who worked with me regarding the budget and what I wanted done. He also recommended that we paint the siding since the trim was in good shape. Next year we can just get the trim...

Make sure that your attic is properly insulated.  Make sure the seals around all windows and doors are in good shape.  If you can see daylight air is entering and leaving as well.
