What is this?

What is this?

We display two types of written homeowner feedback on GuildQuality member profile pages: Comments and Reviews.

Comments

In response to our customer satisfaction surveys, homeowners share lots of comments about construction quality, communication, or any other question asked in the survey. Guildmembers can selectively publish these comments here on their profile page.

Reviews

Reviews are different than comments. These are star ratings that homeowners ask us to publish, and they come with a written description of the type of experience they had working with their contractor. We publish all of the reviews we receive: positive and negative alike.

I was very pleased with Fresh Coat Painters, they were very good with communication, showed up on time, and worked within our scheduling requirements. I will absolutely use them again as their workers were very conscientious and didn't leave us with a mess to deal with. I highly recommend Fresh Coat...

Fresh Coat Painters were very professional. It was the one contractor I did not have to worry about. They delivered a quality product and the website was easy to use. Would definitely recommend them.

Nelson, the representative worked with me, he was great and flexablilty to our project. I had 6 estimates and he was the one who worked with me regarding the budget and what I wanted done. He also recommended that we paint the siding since the trim was in good shape. Next year we can just get the trim...
