What is this?What is this?
We display two types of written homeowner feedback on GuildQuality member profile pages: Comments and Reviews.
Comments
In response to our customer satisfaction surveys, homeowners share lots of comments about construction quality, communication, or any other question asked in the survey. Guildmembers can selectively publish these comments here on their profile page.
Reviews
Reviews are different than comments. These are star ratings that homeowners ask us to publish, and they come with a written description of the type of experience they had working with their contractor. We publish all of the reviews we receive: positive and negative alike.

Although it was only repairing the damage caused by a water leak, we asked them to do the impossible; remove and replace damaged cabinets, flooring, and wallboards and return everything to just the way it looked before. Shawn and his entire team are professional, courteous, expert at what they do, and, very simply, they do it right the first time. I was consistently impressed with the character and thoroughness on the part of every one of the individuals with whom I interacted. They are great people who do excellent work.

I have used Bakker Construction for two significant home improvement projects and they were consistently professional offering high quality work and on time except when unexpected problems arose. In those cases, communication was effective and we worked together well to solve the problems.

I have a client that would like to frame, insulate & drywall over a exterior door in her kitchen. The home is in DC are there any code issues or permits req?

yes I would be concerned about the egress issue (or the ways in which you can exit the home). I would always check with the building department.

Is there a company that provides a weather proof moving module that the homeowner can fill up with the clean clutter removed from his house and auction if off?
