Turnstone Custom Homes

Turnstone Custom Homes was founded in 2004 in the resort area of coastal Delaware. Thanks to the referrals we receive from our many satisfied customers Turnstone is today among the fastest growing custom home builders in Delaware. Our primary focus is in high end luxury beach homes, but we are also able to deliver a custom home building experience for people seeking a more affordable home. Many of our customers are moving to the Delaware beaches for retirement. We specialize in keeping the construction process manageable, even when the customer lives hours away from the home site. Turnstone also is uniquely qualified in the field of ICF construction, one of the most durable construction techniques available, and highly suited to the threats posed to coastal homes. Please call us today to arrange a visit to our headquarters and Idea Center on Route 1 in Rehoboth Beach.

What is this?

What is this?

We display two types of written homeowner feedback on GuildQuality member profile pages: Comments and Reviews.

Comments

In response to our customer satisfaction surveys, homeowners share lots of comments about construction quality, communication, or any other question asked in the survey. Guildmembers can selectively publish these comments here on their profile page.

Reviews

Reviews are different than comments. These are star ratings that homeowners ask us to publish, and they come with a written description of the type of experience they had working with their contractor. We publish all of the reviews we receive: positive and negative alike.
