Teknika Design Group located in Old City Philadelphia for 30 years is a design firm, product showroom and remodeling service provider specializing in residential kitchens, baths, home offices and media rooms. Living and working in Philadelphia we understand the space challenges in row homes and condos. We also are very familiar with the surprises historic Philadelphia homes offer during renovations. Finally we do not specialize in a particular style, we focus on our clients’ vision and help them balance the style versus function dilemma when remodeling.

We appreciated the thoroughness from the design process to the installation. We were delighted with the suggestions made. Teknika thought of things that we would not have thought about ourselves which made for a superior end product. We are delighted!

They start at 250/260 lbs and go up from there. I haven't run into any over 500lbs, but I'm sure they're out there.

Can vinyl shutters be painted? We have some shutters that were black but have since become very faded.
