Founded by two colleagues, Brian Duttenhoffer & Matthew Tomko, both combined for over 18 years of home remodeling experience, came together to form Summit Home Remodeling and make it one of Central Maryland's most respected and trusted home remodeling companies.

The salesperson, Neal, was outstanding. He came back multiple times to check on my wife and I, who was not too involved, to make sure we were comfortable with everything. He worked hard for us. We have a 1300 sq ft brick ranch style house we are slowly remodeling. I would like to add a front porch with open gable roof with exposed stained beams.

Lisa,  A project like this can range in cost.  A Good starting point for front porches can be around $115/square foot.
