From the initial call to set-up for an estimate to the installation, everything was done professionally. All of the people I spoke to from the customer representative to salesman to the installers were on top of everything and very easy to work with. I am very happy with the product and service.

Overall I haven't any complaints with the exception on one time,They had replaced a pool light and it didn't work after a short time. Called them out several times and kept being charged to find the problem, The told me to get an electrician which cost more money, finally after a very long period of...

Moyer started by providing me a thorough estimate of the conversion of my oil boiler to a natural gas boiler and the conversion of my water storage tank to gas. They removed the old oil system including the Oil tank. They paid me for the unused oil and helped me get a PECO rebate. Their installation job was excellent.

Everything went like clockwork, and we are very pleased with all aspects of the job. The first representative showed us why we needed a new furnace rather than spending money on the old one. Then the salesman, and installers, all were pros.

I highly recommend Moyer for all your pool and spa needs. Being a first time pool owner the techs helped me out tremendously and answered my many questions and addressed all of my concerns. I will defiantly be having them open and close my pool every season!

i love moyers and use the company for both home security and for my pool and spa. i have been a customer for more than a decade.the home security gentleman is such a pro. also easy to reach and very quick to respond. outstanding!the pool and spa home office is terrific. quick, smart, and responsive....

Moyer people know their stuff but none has a complete understanding of the customer... isolated silos of knowledge in that company. Recently moved in -- have used their pool company. One person can't answer another question about the same pool that they have been servicing for years.... they want more...

Sounds like inadequate venting for the drain lines. Could have been build this way or maybe a clog has developed in the vent pipe. Such as birds or squrrels building a nest in the vent pipe up on the ... read more
