We had water damage from a second floor leak, damaging ceiling and walls below. Kurt reacted immediately to our phone call, inspected the damage, recommended interim measures and then repaired and replaced the damaged wall parts. The area now looks as if nothing ever happened. We're redoing my parents roof and their chimney needs some repair work as well. Is it better to do the masonry work before or after we do the rest of the roof?

How do I waterproof my basement without getting a sump pump. Water comes in during strong rain at one side of the wall where there is brick chimney outdoors,
