We had water damage from a second floor leak, damaging ceiling and walls below. Kurt reacted immediately to our phone call, inspected the damage, recommended interim measures and then repaired and replaced the damaged wall parts. The area now looks as if nothing ever happened. black spots on the roof. can you tell me what is the cause of this? have lived in this house 12 years and have had no problems. what can you do to clean this?
