We had water damage from a second floor leak, damaging ceiling and walls below. Kurt reacted immediately to our phone call, inspected the damage, recommended interim measures and then repaired and replaced the damaged wall parts. The area now looks as if nothing ever happened. What causes large gaps between window frames and the brick of my home? It looks like someone tried to caulk it previously, but it just pulled away again.
