Rytech was sent out to my home by Liberty Mutual/Safeco. They informed me that it was not ground water and stated they fixed the issue. They took out my carpet, pad and cut holes all throughout my living room and was paid from my homeowners insurance. They informed me that Safeco gave them they ok to do so. Now my insurance company is saying that they will not repair what Rytech damaged. It’s something real bad going on and if I have to get an attorney I will.

All workers sent to my home were non-english speaking so communication difficult. Must always be aware of what materials are being used to avoid substandard quality of replacement materials. This is the second house I have had LeafGuard installed on. Yes they are a little expensive, but they are a pleasure to deal with and when you calculate the cost over the lifetime of the house and add in the trouble free maintenance and the guarantee it is an easy decision. I love this product!
