The commercial division was extremely professional, with a large flat roof it is hard to see the work being done, yet I received pictures throughout the job, showing all aspects of the trouble areas and how they were being fixed.


I need to replace the insulation in my attic , can I install faced fiberglass insulation over the existing vapor barrier.

No need for s econd mositure barrier which is what the paper-face is. Just roll out unfaced insualtion atop the existing. Or, as an option, rent a blower and use loose-fill insulation. 
Is it natural for water main to drip after it is turned on after 3 weeks shut off ? We had shut it off and drained before going on vacation

Just behind the valve handle there is a "packing nut" that sucures the shut off valve into the body of the unit. Take a cresent wrench and tighten up that nut and this should stop that leak. No need t ... read more
