The technician who came did a wrong diagnosis of my problem and I called up the AJ perri customer service and the lady over there in the quality assurance department refunded the visit charges. I was not happy about the wrong diagnosis though.

is it standard to hold a cooling unit up by a belt to prevent it from leaning? this belt slipped and was tighten to again to prevent it from leaking

A belt doesn't sound like the proper material to hold anything related to air conditioning
