My wife and I contacted NJ Bathroom Pros for ideas and an estimate. The salesman came to our home. He was very informative and there was NO pressure and did not try to up sale any products or services. We were given timetables for the services to be started and completed. We spoke several times to Samantha (service coordinator) who kept us updated as to the status of our project. Samantha called us and gave us dates of when we would like to begin. We chose our date and our installers showed up right on time. Zach and William were the stars of the whole process. We couldn’t have asked for a better combo to complete the tasks at hand. I shouldn’t even call them installers. They were nice and informative. Will and Zach asked us how we wanted everything to appear. I will call them “bathroom artists”. They started each morning by covering the work area as to protect our flooring. At the end of the workday they cleaned up and even vacuumed the stairs and swept the front porch. I didn’t ask them, they just did it. The completed bathroom was truly magnificent. I found myself going up the the bathroom quite a few times just to see how nice the completed job was. Hats off and I strongly recommend Bathroom Pros and most definitely Will and Zach. We were kind of missing them after they departed. Thank you, Bathroom Pros and Will and Zach!!!

The whole process was simple from start to finish. Every different people I dealt with were professional and know their job. The job was done exactly at the time frame I was told it was going to be done. I’m happy with my shower. Thanks

We love our bathroom! From our sales guy James to Nicole, John, Ryan, Todd, Louis, Larry & Donnie -all exceptional! Work was completed on time, they cleaned as they went, excellent workmanship - the outcome-bathroom is just beautiful!

Needed to convert my bathroom due to someone in my house having a permanent motion disability. The teams that did the work did an excellent job at a speed and quality that was to be expected for this kind of job. The entire staff through the process were excellent to work with and provided great customer service (Thom from Sales also Hayley and Larry from Operations). They also didn't leave any mess behind for us to deal with and cleaned up after all of their work. Not only did they do the tub to shower conversion, they also had to redo the floors and replace the vanity all of which came out fantastic. I would definitely recommend their services and work to anyone considering redoing their bathroom.

The bathroom I have is very small and it was a small area for them to work but they did a really good job and I love taking showers now

I was satisfied with everything except the fact that I was supposed to get two shelves and I only got one and the caulking job was not very good. I called about these two issues and I was told someone would be in touch but I haven't heard from anyone

The 2 men who came were extremely hardworking and respectful of my home. They arrived at 8:45am and left at 4:30pm. They worked the entire time with no break. They had no problem with my husband or I checking on the progress. They were also great about updating us on where they were in the install and what was remaining. The shower install job exceeded both my husband's and my expectations! Thank you to the 2 installers.
