They were fantastic and far more knowledgable than their competitors and their selection of products was better, too. The salesperson was fantastic and did not push us to buy anything. He actually listened to us. The crew that came out was very careful with our house. I have no complaints and I can't imagine anyone doing a better job than Bath Planet.

We were quoted a price that was good for 30 days and during that period there was a death in the family so we didn't call to proceed until the 30 days had lapsed but the original price was honored. From sales to installation everything was easy!

Personal Message - I feel lucky I came across a mention of them or in an ad that led me to talk to the people and get a quote and use them. I hear that they don't have heavy advertising and I was not aware of their name. Even though the area I moved from they have a display at a big indoor/outdoor market, I'm not the kind of person that frequents those places. I am very pleased with the final product and work and would definitely recommend them if anyone were to ask me. I can't think of a higher praise. Every step of the way was outstanding!
