Workers were not careful on the premises. They worked out of doors repointing in inclement weather when it would have been best to postpone until the wind died down and the mortar would not have been blown about. I have video showing the wind gusting the plastic while they worked. The painter initially sent did not believe in preparing the premises before commencing the touch-up painting and she left in a huff when I insisted she completely cover the ground under the painting site. I was repeatedly told how many years' experience each of the Wagner workers had, yet that fact did not impress me given their careless tendencies.

I had to call multiple times to receive a call back and schedule for maintenance. The technicians were very nice and seem to have fixed the leak. However, when I received the bill, I was charged $97 for travel! I was not made aware that my location was an issue and would incur a large fee.

Wagner looks at the big picture and not only recommends what immediately needs to be done, but also offers suggestions for preventative maintenance.

A crew came out to fix leaks in our roof, which had resulted in drywall damage. They claimed to have addressed the issue so we promptly payed the $500 invoice (which seemed steep but I was just happy to have the leaks fixed) and repaired the drywall. It rained a few days later, and the leaks reappeared in the exact same location, ruining the recently repaired drywall. The crew came back out to address the issue, and while they were here I spoke with a manager by phone. He said he would provide an estimate for the repairs once the crew was on the roof. I never received that call. The crew did additional repairs and left, so I assumed they were comp'ing the service, since they were fixing an issue they claimed to already have fixed, and I was already out additional money for re-doing drywall I had already paid to repair. Only 40 minutes elapsed between the crew's arrival at our home and their departure. I then received an invoice for $300, 11 days ago. I called the office immediately and was asked to leave a voicemail. I received no response, so I followed up again 4 days later by email. No response. I just followed up with another email, asking someone to call me so we can discuss the bill.

Always outstanding work and roof care. I totally trust Wagner to do the best job always.
