Who is Parkview Homes?
Parkview Homes is a "Family Tradition" of building innovative & trendsetting designs for over 80 years. Parkview Homes has the highest standard of quality to meet the needs of today's discriminating homebuyer.

Every Parkview Home is crafted with careful attention to detail working toward an ultimate goal of complete customer satisfaction. Parkview Homes and the Puzzitiello family have a long history of building homes in the Cleveland area, with more than 7,500 units to their credit.

The family started building homes during the great depression over 80 years ago and the tradition has been passed down through the years to Richard Sr., a second generation builder who formed Parkview Homes in 1969. Since then, the company became a recognized leader in the industry due to the market leading and insightful home designs built in master planned communities.

Almost two decades ago, as the third generation started working alongside their father, industry views of the company had not changed. The family tradition continued as Richard’s five children carried on the Parkview Homes’ legacy, holding various positions within the company in both markets. His oldest son, Richard, Jr., is presently serving as CEO. He joined the company in 1983 after gaining valuable experience at one of the “Big 8” accounting firms. Richard’s second son, Ross, served as President of the Florida Division before moving up to become COO. Roger, President of the Ohio Division, holds a Florida contracting license and brings extensive construction knowledge and field experience to the company. Ryan, the youngest, joined the company in 1996. He is a real estate Broker and Vice President Sales of Sales & Marketing for the Ohio Division.

Review of Glass Guru of Macedonia by

From first interview to written estimate to finished project, this company provided service beyond what I expected. Crew arrived on time and worked until project was completed. Workmen answered questions, explained what had to be done and why. A good experience at reasonable cost.

Who is the builder sub-contracting the work to? THere are companies that do nothing but gutters. THere are also siding companies who handle the gutters.

A gutter installer.  Some times a siding installer will, but usually it's a separate trade.
