I really was to say / send it back but didn’t have time to send it .
I would like to say this company Healthy Way could be together with service/ construction when get a job to do until the job gets done.
The job was done, but:
First, the guys had the address completed in their hands plus the Permit that was placed on the window clear to see.
When My friend got at place/ house no one was here , he looked around no one was here. Then my friend saw them at the neighbor house / basement almost already to starting to break it and start the job at my neighbor.
Then, they dumped stuff/ pipe in the neighbor’s Dumpster. The neighbor got upset and threw everything in my back yard day after.
I took pictures from the stuff.
And last thing, they were leaving without cleaning the driveway, so I asked , they did but not so happy.

I was very disappointed at the very beginning when they gave me estimates. It was all lies. It cost me more than what I assumed it would be. They schemed me to get the job.

I reached out to Health Way about a small amount of water in my basement when there would be a good rain. Frank was able to come out and give me a breakdown of what the problem was and how they would go about fixing it. Frank was professional, straight forward, and provided me with a start to finish solution of the problem. When it came to scheduling, they told me it would be about 2-3 weeks until my appointment. However a few days after I signed the contract, I was notified they would be able to squeeze me in that Saturday (less than a week from scheduling the appointment). The crew that came out was professional, organized, clean, and very friendly. They got here by 730 am and were finished by 230 pm. I highly recommend Health Way!

It took some time to get an appointment for an estimate. Once here, he spent considerable time with me and worked up a quote immediately. He was knowledgeable and worked with me to get to the proper level of work. After reviewing the contract, I had an objection to a clause in the contract and the company was accommodating. When we revised the scope of work prior to signing, my modifications were preserved in the new contract.

Team put together a plan for remediation and execution which passed air tests and got my house sold.

We were so pleasantly surprised how quickly and how well the job went. We paid what we were quoted and our installed French drain works perfectly.

Clean & Professional. They did what they said they would do.

I am likely to recommend Healthy Way Waterproofing & Mold Remediation LLC because they did the service efficiently. However, it did require a few follow ups on my end after the work was done. They did not take the time to check up on the project after it was completed. Instead, they relied on me to call and say that there was a problem.

They were very professional, on time, and trustworthy.

Very helpful and professional did a great job

The person who did the job arrived early and worked efficiently. By the time he was done, the problem was fixed to my satisfaction.
