Serve Pro of Santa Cruz is a top notch company with great employees that are very thorough in all aspects of mitigation. They explained the process and the time frame in which It would be finished. The GM Tony stopped by to make sure everything was going smoothly and that I was satisfied with their progress! I would highly recommend calling serve pro for any and all mitigation services you may need! 5 stars in my opinion.

Wow Tony D and his crew blew my expectations away. What I considered a “minor” flood, was thoroughly investigated and tested. When I saw how much water was sucked up through their evaporators I was shocked. I would 100% recommend

The staff was very courteous and calm. They were tirelessly working all 4 days to make sure the home was completely dried out after the flooding accident. They took care of my furniture and putting it away carefully to not damage it any further. I had no idea service like this existed, that can take care of you and minimizes your stress.I would A++ rating to this company and their responsiveness. Definitely recommending them to all my network, hopefully no one needs these services, but just in case :)
