The entire team from Service Master did a great job when our basement flooded. They were at our home right a way and took lots of time explaining the process and making sure we were comfortable with the work they were doing. Definitely a great company to work with.

I think they have a quality product and they do a nice job. There has to be some tweaking done on the windows, but if their warranty is as good as they say it is then I have no concerns about the issues being resolved.

We have had window panes replaced on 3 windows so far. the work has been well done. Pricing went up very significantly for the 3rd window which was just done. One pane cost us more to replace than the whole window had when we had it replaced.
