The people of FP Property Restoration that came and worked on emergency repairs were wonderful. Always there when they said they were going to be. HERE IS THE THING PEOPLE NEED TO KNOW. They told me throughout that they could contract with us and do the repair work. That they, being a trusted insurance company contractor, that what they recommend is what the insurance companies will take care of and billed directly to the insurance company. Well, this stalled us for a month while they did their bids and sent subcontractors out to measure and price. There was no need for me to bother people I would normally use as they are a do it all company. Unfortunately, did I say that they were hired by the insurance company. First, they would never, ever give me a bid. They always said that they give the bid to the insurance company and until they approve the work, they can't give me the price. Thankfully, I then got other bids and everyone told me my damage was storm related, INCLUDING THE ROOFERS SENT OUT BY FP PROPERTY RESTORATION. Well, the insurance company said the problem was NOT storm related and turned down the claim. They mention that FP noted it was not storm related. I had three independent roofers say it was, my builder says it was (the home is 8 years old)Fortunately for us, and the insurance company, the repair amounts were not enough to really fight them, as they do take care of the mitigation work that FP did, and like I said they did a good job. AGAIN, what I am saying in this review, is if FP is sent by your insurance company, let them do whatever they need to do, they will do a great job. What I'm also saying, is don't trust that they aren't working on the side of the insurance company. Watch what you might be saying (no, I never said anything that I wanted anything for free, I wanted only fixed what needed to be done, and what aggravates me to this day, is saying it wasn't storm related, when a hurricane was going over the house whn the leak started.
They were excellent.
Timely response to questions. Excellent workmanship. Completed the process without any issues. Would use them again without question.
Unfortunately, not all of our contents were returned to us for the reason they "were lost". They bought us out of their obligations to repair our home. Very unprofessional and disappointing to us.
They were prompt, courteous, and diligent in their work, but they have to come back to fix some things as they weren't done right the first time. If they follow through on Monday and come and complete the work, I might pay to call back to survey my satisfaction. Everyone makes mistakes, so that's not important. It's how you handle the mistakes that makes a difference.
Strongly recommend FP Property Restoration. The project management, Logan Jones was very timely, professional and through.
I was very impressed with their service.
Very accommodating
Horrible company, horrible service.
It was excellent work.
I doubt I would recommend FP Property Restoration to a friend. The office staff were impossible to deal with. When they choose to communicate they mislead me for a whole week while it rained and the water situation in my house became worse and worse. Numerous times I tried to explain my roof situation to the office staff and they lied to me indicating someone would be along shortly. Conversely, the field staff, both the tarping team , the interior mitigation team and their supervisor were excellent and I was happy with their work but you have to get through the office first.
I was happy with the company and their work. I wasn't happy with the manager or supervisor that was out here with the crew. He was not very easy to talk to. It looked like he was always looking or an argument. When I asked him to replace some sand bags on my roof, he said I'm not going up there, just to put some sand bags on the roof. I was happy with the dry out service, but not the tarp work.
Absolutely shocking service . They basically destroyed my home when they were meant to repair it . They lied to me that they were rebuilding cabinets when months later I found out they hadn’t even started . They never responded to messages . Total deceitful and awful experience .
The team responded quickly and thoroughly to address my problem.
Nice job, good subcontractors, although I had to get involved more than I expected to correct some workmanship issues at the end. Only other issue was the manager declined to give a detailed estimate of how the price changed when I increased the scope of the job, despite several requests - - what prices were removed from the original estimate and what was added to get to the review estimate. Although the increased price felt reasonable, I don't like doing business that way.
There have been problems with communication and with people getting back to me.
It's been over 6 months and nothing has been done to restore my kitchen.
They get the job done!
I am constantly in limbo waiting for my carpet to be repaired. It is June 20th, the incident happened late January. 5 months, and still don't have carpet repairs completed. The painting and baseboards were done in less than a month.
FP Restoration company, would never recommend them to anyone. Our experience was awful, from start to finish. We have to so many complaints.
Sure
Sloppy work and broke things valuable to me ...cleaned out paint cans in middle of lawn
Took down heavy fern and didn’t put back
Screws not replaced on electrical plates
DIDNT paint baseboards as instructed by supervisor
Paint on wall switches
Broke glass in 2,000 curio cabinet
We never had FP Property Restoration do any work for us. We were given a big run around with them, and decided to go with someone we could trust and depend on.
The work on our place was done in a very professional and timely manner. Very happy with painters who did our work.
I would definitely recommend FP Property Restoration to anyone needing this type of service. They are extremely professional in all areas. They keep you informed each step of the way, and the end product is exceptional. We were highly satisfied with this company.
Easy to work with. Very accommodating of my needs and design style. Came up with good solutions.
They are a wonderful company and I trust them and what they say.
Do not call this company because it's not worth the stress you will endure.
Bone Dry showed up! They completed the roof in a professional manner and with great workmanship. They never failed to respond to questions in a timely manner and met all expectations.
