I'm sorry that this was such a poor experience, and I don't like leaving negative reviews. I need my second bathroom done but I would never even consider using BathCrest again.

The sales person was very helpful but once contract was signed we never heard from him again.The person assigned to convert our bath tub into a handicapped shower was inexperienced and we needed a more experienced person to come in after the job was done to clean up mistakes.I had to but certain materials,...

We were very comfortable with the job that was done and had no problems. They arrived on time and everything was nicely done. Overall they solved our problem with our leak, replaced the original product and it turned out very well.
