Twice your tech guys came to my house for a/c and winter for heater. They only want to set up a sales appl that will sale . In getting second opinions by a reputable firm who are out to service people not scam them. I think it is awful the way you run your business.

What is the best way to install 30" high x 72" wide x 5/8 thick double pane fixed glass in vertical wall on roof. I am replacing "cloudy"existing ones
