My husband Shawn and I had a wonderful experience with Tresidio homes from start to finish! Our project manager Gari was the absolute best. He was on it with every little request or question we had. Which made building a home out of state very comforting! The communication was great and straightforward. I would recommend this builder to everybody because we had such a smooth process. Thank you Tresidio for our beautiful home!!
We had an amazing experience with Tresidio Homes. They were great from when we first met with them to when they turned over our keys. We are very appreciative.
5 star and beyond.
Well organized and very good product. Caution is advised when seeing pricing and content of advertised homes and then the up scope that occurs during
The design center process.
The build quality was okay for something of a lower price than what we paid for the house. However, it feels like they are punching above their weight class. The things like fit and finish quality are not up to par with what I would expect from a half a million dollar plus home.
They did a fantastic job. It was unbelievable! They exceeded all expectations! My wife has built two other prior homes and this experience was fantastic.
Tresidio has knowledgeable individuals that helped us every step of the way to build our home exactly the way we wanted. They were quick to respond to questions or concerns.
They did outstanding work on our home. We are so happy.
From my standpoint I had a bad experience purchasing a new home built by Tresidio Homes. We purchased our new home after reviewing their model at Heritage Gardens on Linder Rd. Our understanding that this house was a model of a Birkdale plan and other Birkdale plans would resemble the model and amenities. We were shown the amenities of the home by Carl Baker sales manager. It was the floor plan we liked and that same plan was available in another subdivision. The new home in Spurwing Heights was in the drywall stage and was gong to be Parade Home. We understood that selections had been made for the home and we did not have any choices in flooring, paint colors, cabinets, and counter tops. We were informed all other features in the model would be built in our new home. The construction dept. displayed the features of the home on the windows in the new home. Common practice of a builder to inform subcontractors. When we visited the completed home the morning of the Parade, we discovered numerous deviations from the model and our new home. We expressed our concern and was given the opportunity to cancel the purchase and our Ernest money would be returned. This is a common practice of some builders to avoid an unhappy buyer and keep a five-star rating. This was not an option. One feature was the oven. My wife raved to Carl how nice it was to have an oven door open from the side. After closing, Carl informed us the oven in the model was a mistake. Bosh had shipped them the wrong model. They should have disclosed that the oven was an option. Even after I asked them to change the oven and we would have paid the difference we were told NO! A word they are good at saying. We had scheduled a mover and everything was in motion for the move. Canceling the sale would have cost thousands of dollars because of the time frame to purchase another home and reschedule the move. Tresidio Homes did not want to communicate with us. We were ignored when we asked questions. It has cost me thousands of dollars to install and supply new products to make the house the way we thought we were purchasing.
Upon closing I rushed to Idaho to do an orientation prior to moving in. I was informed I was not getting an orientation, this procedure had to be done before closing with my realtor. This was impossible with us living in another state. Once again to avoid a potential problem with the buyer. My agent had made three phone calls to try and schedule an orientation even though they denied that an effort was made to schedule an appointment. Each time Tresidio was not available.
It is my felling, that Tresidio Homes wants as little interference from a buyer as possible. After closing I had many questions as to the products installed on our new home and the application of said products. I had to find the answers to my questions myself, they never responded. I never received a 90-day inspection as promised when we made the purchase.
If possible, I would give no star rating for our new home.
very happy with the home.
Great builders and great to work with!
Absolutely would & will recommend
Areas Of Satisfaction - Very easy to work with! Everyone went above and beyond. Our project Manager Joe was amazing. I would definitely use Tresidio again.
Lead Source - Surfed the web and followed through with a visit. Compared with few other builders. No comparison, Tresidio was the one.
Quality work, great people to work with
Tresidio Homes has a great website, a great team of workers, and they build great homes! Everything was done to our satisfaction. It was a great experience.
Primarily due to working Joe Lords.
Of all the builders we checked into we felt Tresidio was the best. They proved us right!!!
I am highly likely to recommend Tresidio Homes to a friend. They were awesome to work with.
One of the greatest buying experiences I have ever had.
In the beginning of my home buying experience I was pleased with Tresidio. However when it came to issues at the end of my purchase after they received their money of course. I had a large stain on my exterior stucco in the entryway of my home that was really ugly, I also had some very big scratches on my entryway way window as well. I made several attempts to convince Tresidio that this was a big issue for me, after an extensive amount of emails I finally was able to meet with them in regard to the stucco and the window. The management team said that the stucco stain would change over time and weather out eventually, as for the window they told me to buff it out with toothpaste. I felt that both of these solutions were unacceptable. At this point I was stuck as they refused to honor their own construction, which they claim they stand behind. I finally made the decision to contact the contractor license board as I felt that this still needed to be addressed as I purchased this home based on the quality, I paid them cash in good faith and expected them to at least take care of something like this. I do realize that this isn’t structural but I feel that esthetic wise they should want to work with me and be responsible for the quality. I recommend that if you make a decision to purchase a home from this builder and are planning to pay cash, be sure that you do not pay them in full until you get every tiny thing you see in writing as they will be done with you completely and do not care about your concerns at all. Bottom line I love my home but with the amount of money I paid, and with my cooperation throughout the process, I honestly believe that my two issues could have been solved but unfortunately they do not care about recommendations or repeat buyers.
Tresidio has a well thought out process for efficiency but also provides plenty of opportunity to adjust as needed. Thoroughly impressed by the people, process, and professionalism of Tresidio.
I would tell them what to expect during the selections and building process, and also that their choice during the latter might be more limited than they would expect.
Lead Source - Our realtor, when we started shopping for homes, knew of them even though she is not associated with them and recommended them. She gave us a list of the developments they were working on. She has been in the business for a long time and said that everyone that has bought with them has been happy.
If any of my friends are looking to move to the Meridian area and are looking for a new home, I would highly recommend Tresidio homes.
We would. We would direct them to Chris. He was there for us from beginning to end. John was very good to work with, very attentive. But, I would caution my friend to establish who the superintendent is prior to signing any agreements or putting any money down. The end result is a beautiful design and home, but unfortunately, we did endure an extreme amount of stress which could have been avoided.
This is a great option that lets you visualize design. It's a contractor ready design. Definitely worth the money.
