We were visited by Paul who explained everything we needed to know about. He was knowledgeable, very professional, and extremely courteous. We were won over by theses qualities and his demeanor. All facets of the shower remodel were explained from the materials, fixtures, etc. I couldn’t thank Paul enough. He was wonderful.

Types of work - The gentlemen, Anthony and Mario were great. Anthony explained all the work that would be done as well as going out of his way where additional work was needed. They were professional and easy to talk with and left everything as clean as when they arrived.

The project was done in one day. The material quality is excellent. We did have one minor issue a couple of days after the project was done. Luxury Bath was very responsive and the issue was quickly resolved. Highly recommend Luxury Bath.

Areas For Improvement - The shower doors could be a little higher. I am 6'1" and sometimes water splashes over the doors.

Luxury Bath was professional, very responsive, and the price was fair.

Recognized Excellence - I have only dealt with 3 people with the whole process. The salesman was excellent. I was in sales for many years, and I expressed to him how professional he was. He has a difficult job. The prices seemed high but at the end it did not seem as high. He was very good. I was extremely impressed with the installer. He got it done in one day and was efficient with no speed bumps. He handled everything and explained everything. He was very good. I asked for his card and have recommended him to people. The helper that was helping was a quick study. He was cleaning while the other installed. They worked very well hand in hand.

They gave me a day and hour. They finished much quicker than expected. I could not stop staring at the bathroom. It was very impressive. It was just like on television. I was very satisfied.

Additional Comments - It is a costly project but the way the salesman explained I would not go anywhere else. The salesperson explained everything to me, and they were on the money with everything. It probably exceeded my expectations.

The guys were great to work with. They did a great job and shared with me some of what was going on. And they were done at the end of the day. And left the bath clean...

Additional Comments - The salesman that came was knowledgeable, helpful professional, and on time. The two installers were professional, on time, and they kept the area clean. It took them two days, but wasn't a big deal. We were possibly expecting that. They did a wonderful job and kept up updated on things and informed of everything. The only downfall was my husband and I had a busy week, and we didn't think to have a tip or order lunch for the guys. We felt bad after they left.

They did an excellent job. The repairs were done in a timely fashion. I highly recommend them.
