They were helpful, and fair. On the day of installation, they were suppose to be there between 12:30-2:30. I call the office, and they quickly called me back. What kind of insulation is needed in the attic of my 2-story brick town house so that the 2nd floor bedrooms are as cool as the basement and 1st floor?
