A Renovation & Restoration Company that started as a small venture in the year 1998 has now evolved into a full-service Contractors Group that is located in Duluth, Georgia. Excellence Contractors Group has now become the #1 choice of thousands of homeowners for insurance damage claims subject to the prescribed contractor services. What We Do
The company’s name is itself self-explanatory i.e.: “Excellence”. It provides 15 years of excellence, integrity, devotion, and thoroughness. Its main focus has always been to helping out its clients in the worst situations and thus need to consult a contractor in Metro Atlanta area and surrounding suburbs. Property owners can also consult ECG for assistance during meetings with their respective insurance providers/agents in order to get the best insurance services they deserve. I really wanted to like this group. This guy Daniel comes out with a drone to make believe he knows something about roofing. It was fun watch but of little use to anything they did. They did our roof and we are satisfied with the shingle we chose. The results were reasonable and I rate them a 2 because of what I could see of the shingles they did fine. However, it took several inspections to identify many problems that remained. When I asked why they didn’t replace some vent boots that weren’t properly installed the answer was “they aren’t builders”, yet it was in our written agreement that they would do so “if needed”. “If needed” to them meant they aren’t going to do it. They also installed gutter covers that I purchased and they did an amateur job at that. Beware they don’t know much about roofing beyond just shingles. It’s been 4 months and I’m still waiting to hear back on how they are going to address the vent and fix poorly installed gutter guards. To add insult to injury the contract stipulated a 5 year warranty and they provided me with a 3 year warranty document.
Avoid this group, there is nothing excellent about them or their roofing knowledge.

I would never recommend them because of the gentleman in the office. It is not becasue of the sales guy. The office guy continued to aggravate me because he didn't know how to do his job correctly.

Excellence Contractors Group was the second company I tried to call and I am glad they are the first company I heard back from. On the phone, they were very professional. They kept track of time and everything I was told was that would happen, was done punctually. They followed through with everything we agreed on. The process went smoothly and I didn't have anything to worry about. After the work was completed they cleaned up all of the debris which really impressed me. Everything was perfect.
