I left a list of multiple things at the bottom of this survey that stated areas I think could improve with Greentech. One of the problems for example is trying to pick out designs for a home in 4 hours or less is not a reasonable time frame. I use to work in Sales and design and we often would spend that much time in just 1 room. Granted we were picking out fabrics to go with a sofa, chairs, rugs etc… but the point being is you have way too many options for 4 hours that they are either not all going to be offered and explained or they will be rushed through. Because a customer within that time frame is not only picking out the choice they truly want but also trying to figure out if it fits the budget.
I’ve learned there is just not enough clarity starting with the contract all the way to what is being offered for design choices. You may have a system that works for Greentech in a mass production of building homes in a community but there needs to be quite a bit of tweaking if Customer satisfaction is what you truly are looking for.
Up until now, the process of buying a lot, designing the home, and starting the build has gone smoothly. Our team has been easy to work with and quick to respond to our many questions as first-time builders. Lindsay and Rachel were fabulous as our design team.
Easy process, excellent product!
Overall we are very happy with our Greentech Home! The upgrades and selection choices are more upgraded than most builders in that price range. The options to choose from were wonderful
I would recommend that everyone a customer speaks with Greentech should be able to answer questions with the same answer. We were frustrated a few times that we received different answers from different people. In the bringing of the process we were told one think and throughout the building process we were told something different.
Tia Williams is very knowledgeable and GREAT to work with!
"Working with Greentech homes has been an absolute pleasure from start to finish. We thought we were going to build from the ground up and decided to go with one of their move-in ready homes because it was the perfect home. We were thoroughly impressed by their exceptional attention to detail and high craftsmanship. Their team made the entire process clear, smooth, and genuinely enjoyable—taking what can often be a stressful experience and making it seamless and fun. I couldn't be happier with our home and would recommend them to anyone without hesitation!"
Like the floor plans. Do wish a model of each floor plan was available to tour.
Wonderful to work with.
It was a great experience. They provided transparency, and management was through the roof. They are a great company.
So far the experience has been outstanding!
Scott Thompson is incredibly patient, courteous and kind. He possesses a tremendous knowledge about Greentech homes and responds with answers he does not know in a timely manner. He returns calls and texts promptly always making us feel like a priority.
We searched for over a year to find our house, looked at several communities, more than once, and each interaction was extremely pleasant.
We never once felt that we were a burden, as he was so easy to work with and always treated us with respect and a concern that we find the right house/community for us.
We highly recommend Scott. You will not find a better person to guide you through the home hunting process. We can honestly say from our first meeting to the last, we felt like we were dealing with a friend not an agent. Thank you Scott.
Greentech Homes was dishonest.
Very good communication from everyone through the whole process. They make sure you understand what is going on during every step of the building process. They make plans and effort to fix your punch list issues and address any concerns.
The houses seem to be better built. I really liked The Farmstead community.
If it wasn’t for our project manager Jake, we would have had a horrible experience with Greentech. You don’t expect a lot from spec houses, but at the price I would expect more. Historically, Greentech uses the cheapest contractors to build their houses and nothing has changed. Our paint is peeling off our front and back doors, our concrete in the front driveway was poured while raining so it failed. Fortunately, it was taken out and fixed, but now our irrigation is broken, and doesn’t look like it will be fixed. Quality is just poor.
