From sales to design to construction, the whole team was great to work with and made the process very easy.
My husband and I had a really great experience with greentech and we love our house so much!! They communicated very thoroughly, everyone was so so nice, and our home is stunning — We’re so happy to be living in it!
We are happy with the home they built.
Our experience to this point with the sales and design team has been outstanding!
Throughout the entire process of obtaining the home of our dreams, we have had nothing short of Excellent presentations and support in helping us make design and structural issues decisions.
My family has 3 homes now in heritage walk. My 1 year old house currently has our living room and laundry room floors ripped up due to 3 floods we have had from our washing machine due to GreenTech not insulating the laundry room pipes on the outside wall causing the pipes to freeze and flood our home.
This house had a major crack in the foundation through two rooms and even though pics were sent and reported to Green Tech they continued the build process putting up walls over the crack.
The other home had multiple issues including a 1/2 bath sink the was completely off center and GreenTech refused to fix. Windows were also crooked and mismatched windows installed.
Paint added to the outside of the house is a different color and was not acknowledged.
It was a very good experience starting from sales until the design phase..
Great service, quality, and design options. We enjoyed working with everyone involved.
When first meeting with your agent I told her I wanted a yard for my grandkids. I wanted a place for my dog to run and possibly a pool. I was informed that the lot we were looking at could accommodate all those things. Fast forward 9 months.....the house is on a large slope with a retaining wall that a child could fall off of. I love the house but the yard is more than less desirable!!
Both Scott Thompson and our designer Anna Kosky exceeded my expectations by being really professional and making the process simple. So far, Wesley has also been fantastic.
From our initial meeting with Kate Jung along with our realtor, we looked at various Greentech Properties and it was apparent that they build quality homes and are concerned with customer satisfaction. For us it was finding the right location which Heritage Walk is.
I am comfortable recommending Greentech to others.
Hunter Smith, the project manager, is incredible. He is the only reason I would suggest Greentech; his attention to detail and concern for the customer are exceptional.
Mike and his team of contractors get 5-stars!
Horrible experience with punch list and warranty items
For this to be a new home, there are a lot of defects. We have had to call to get remedied. Greentech is a new facility subdivision, and we have no idea how to get a hold of HOA. There were a lot of problems at the closing of the house.
Greentech Homes was upfront and easy to work with.
Everything Wesley did was 100% right. Except it felt Green Tech rushed him and our home was not fully cleaned and done properly towards the end.
1 week before closing, we were told our community would be managed by an HOA. Was never disclosed prior and not having an HOA was the reason we chose this house in this neighborhood. Simply unethical business.
It's been a year since we closed. Greentech has not addressed all of our punch list items, and they have not addressed any of our warranty items.
I would recommend Greentech Homes, they have so many beautiful choices of floor plans, exteriors, and interior choices.
The entire process from sales to closing was smooth. Everyone from Greentech Homes LLC was extremely helpful throughout the entire process.
Very responsive and thorough.
The build process was fine. We enjoyed the weekly calls with updates. However, all good will was lost once we closed and several issues with the build became evident. There is a lack of urgency to resolve issues and I’m frankly baffled by several construction decisions (unlevel floors, AC design, ability to open a floor to ceiling window which a safety concern, inability to close a window with a suction cup). The lack of thought in terms of how the community would operate once complete. For example, we were unbale to procure city trash cans and then Greentech removed the dumpsters. Keep in mind I was told at the closing table by the Greentech representative that I needed to call 311 to have my trash cans delivered. Why recommend something that you didn’t validate? Additionally, the dog park that’s missing a fountain with pipes sticking out of the group and an orange cone. I would have also thought of a trash solution for this area as well vs. the piles of pop bags piled on a corner that’s there now. Misleading advertisements of multiple firepits, only to find out there is one firepit. Expectations of a mural on the back wall that was communicated by multiple Greentech employees, and we are hearing that’s probably out of scope for the development.
Everyone has been easy to work with and were customer service orientated.
Like the options available to pick from
Well run company with knowledgeable and friendly employees. I highly recommend.
Given the entire process, any and all issues with communication, needed documentation and overall competence was lacking from the office side of this process. Very stressful to deal with.
They were not the easiest people to work with.
Met all timelines, easy to work with, beautifully built homes.
We have loved our experience with Greentech so far! Currently, we are trying to get our other family members to buy Greentech homes.
Everything went so smooth. Mike Burns was exceptional at taking care of the smallest details.
It was a good experience from start to closing. Scott (Sales) and Hunter (PM) were pleasant, professional, and collaborative. That being said, I need to mention one item that Greentech would not fix to our satisfaction. The driveway entrance has a noticeable crack and although an attempt was made to fill it, it did not look any better. While we understand concrete cracks, it is a brand new house and to have a large crack visible at the entrance before we move in was disappointing. We felt that area should have been replaced or repaired better such that it was not as noticeable.
I would give it a 5 for the friends and acquaintances that would benefit from this type of neighborhood. Some of my friends love it.
Most definitely recommend Greentech Homes LLC.
We have had such a wonderful experience. Tara has been great and has walked us through everything.
I have already shared with 2 friends how easy it was to work with your company.
Greentech has been very organized from the start. We loved getting to know everyone throughout the process. Kate and Anna are super knowledgeable and great at their jobs. We live in California while our house is being built, so using the buildertrend app will be wonderful to get to see house our house is coming along.
Greentech Homes was very accommodating, easy to work with, and very reasonable.
Closing on the property went smoothly.
Greentech has been very helpful and patient with my questions, always giving me the time I need to research and think and ask.
LOVE MY FLOOR PLAN MOST OF THE STAFF AFRE NOT REACHABLE AND DO NOT RETURN PHONE CALLS.
Typical builder rushing to complete multiple projects at once, not a terrible experience but not a great one either. I made the classic mistake of closing before the punch list was complete to my satisfaction on promises from Greentech they would complete the list, but that never happened.
Quality control is nonexistent. Do not recommend.
We’ve been very impressed with the quality of service from beginning to end. Everything has been explained thoroughly and we felt very in touch with the process every step of the way. Communication was very clear and effective. The app was great for updates. Greentech is very professional and makes building a home feel like an easy process.
Everyone has been very nice and respectful. I do believe my friends and family would also feel negatively about the limitations at this price point. The neighborhood concept is wonderful, but the limitations on ‘extras’ during construction can be frustrating. I know people looking for a new home now that are deterred by this and will not seek to build a house at this price point with such limitations and high upgrade expenses.
We love the concept of The Farmstead and community life there. The quality of the homes and design were very appealing to us.
They were nice, however the delivery on the blue tape was not as good as it should have been.
We worked with Kate in sales, and she was SO helpful. She answered our questions thoroughly and at any time of the day! We worked with Tara and Anna in design - they were so helpful and were excited with us about our design choices, which made the experience so much fun!
I will absolutely recommend this home builder and design team to all my friends and family.
