All of the staff is extremely professional and the work is impeccable! Our project turned out beautifully, and the project/site manager in particular took special care of us along the way.
Our project was a full basement renovation/build-out. The people we dealt with at Direct Build were very professional and effective. We began the process with the design effort. Robert made sure he understood what we wanted and then crafted a design that not only met our stated desires, but suggested other features; many of which we adopted. The construction duration was approximately 3 months. The process flowed very smoothly. The few "hiccups" (eg. materials availability, etc.) that are common to a project of this magnitude were handled in a quick, decisive, and upfront manner. The communication between Direct Build and us was very clear and effective. We always knew what was going on. Suffice it to say, we VERY happy with our new basement!
Direct Build responded well to my requests. They worked well with me so I could get the tile and niche that I wanted.
Direct Build has now completed both our full kitchen remodel and our master bath full remodel. All to our satisfaction. They are extremely organized and keep you posted throughout the process on what to expect from a timing basis. This allowed us to plan accordingly. Great job guys.
Even with a few hiccups, the job came out beautifully. Before you go into this be aware of the quality of carpet and tile and granite are addressed in the bid or you will be disappointed and face some change orders to get what you want. Stan the superintendent was great. Bill who installed our cabinets was wonderful. The subs were top notch.
They did roof, siding, added a window & door... it all looks great & the entire process was smooth, easy & professional! Really recommend this team for your next project!

Direct Build gave me the most incredible bathroom ever! Their experiences and knowledge paid off when having help me make the "right decisions". Bill Snyder kept me from making so many mistakes. I would trust Bill in whatever he says. If I ever have another project, I will definately call Direct Build.

They kept to the budget and even reimbursed us money for work that did not need to be done.Once we got started all the work was completed in a timely manner and all the workers arrived on the days they were expected.Everyone cleaned up after each days work and were really professional.

Areas Of Satisfaction - They did what they said they would do and they did it in a quick manner without a loss of quality. Everything was done fine and it worked out very well. We were very satisfied with the trim people and the paint people and everyone was hard workers.
