They did a great job, cleaned up after themselves and put all the furniture back where it belonged. I would have them do painting for me in a heart beat!
From first interview to written estimate to finished project, this company provided service beyond what I expected. Crew arrived on time and worked until project was completed. Workmen answered questions, explained what had to be done and why. A good experience at reasonable cost.
The best I can say is the roof looks great. The rest of the experience was iffy. Limited communication with the crew and main office. GuildQuality partners with it's member companies to survey their customers and collect detailed feedback on their behalf. Each item listed under "Customer satisfaction" represents a specific question asked by GuildQuality to customers of Cedarcraft Log Homes as part of our survey process.
