I love my home. It is well built. There are some little issues inside that we will get to, but I have a beautiful kitchen, open floor plan, and it has great feng shui! The only thing that I don't like because I am a cook is the pantry being small, but the sacrifice is that I have the best kitchen in all these homes. I got exactly what I was looking for at the time. I am very satisfied.
Benchmark Inc. builds quality brick homes with lovely design features that are affordable.
Overall, my experience was good and the final outcome is satisfactory. The staff was very friendly and they did bend over backwards to make sure I was satisfied with the end result.
The owner, Larry Boggs, was very responsive, down to earth, understood our needs, and met them time and time again. I appreciated that greatly.

They essentially "held our hands" along the way which we appreciated. They were patient and always willing to meet with us and answer questions. The experience with Benchmark and our last home (built by a mass production builder) was like night and day. We were also very glad to be able to make some custom choices. We are pleased with the look of our home which reflects our personality. Faith, Steve, and Mark were awesome!

Employees & Subcontractors - My observations have been that their contractors are above average and we've had no problem with our property Barbara Glore and Marla Flynn both have been exceptional. They went above and beyond in making everything happen.
Value - Looking at the price we made, a positive with Benchmark is they provide a very good house for a very good value.
Employees & Subcontractors - All of the people are very courteous and give you the impression that they want to meet our needs.
They have good work. It didn't take long, and with the amount of work they had to do, you'd think it would take longer. But he came in, knocked it out, and it looks nice. I was impressed.
The sale rep met me, did all he could do, work with me and my budge, gave me all leaf guard had to offer. He may not have covered all things with paint and the warranty voidance if the gutters are repainted. The pricing is a little high.
