Felt like ServPro did some things like cutting out too much sheetrock and door facings and trim.
The entire first floor of our home was flooded and had to be packed up and moved out until repairs were completed. ServPro responded quickly and packed, picked up, and stored our belongings. The true test of a company and it's customer service is always brought to light when something does not go as planned, it's easy when things go normal. In our case when our furniture was returned and we were opening boxes, there was a broken lamp. I called and let them know and they immediately set up a time to come out and get the lamp to see if they could replace it. They could not get a match so they arranged for us to go and pick out a new set of lamps where we had purchased the broken one. Great customer service, handled fast and professional.
Jimmy and his entire crew were absolutely incredible. Not only were they professional, thorough, and knowledgeable, but they were courteous, kind, and empathetic to our entire family. I'd recommend them to anyone!! We are so grateful to have had them come to our home during our time of crisis.
During a national pandemic, Employees to deliver contents, arrived NO masks, no gloves. One tech came into my home was obviously sick, and until I voiced my concerns about he should not be at work let alone going into peoples home share, said I am sure it's not COVID!?!?! Contents that I was assured would be cleaned came back dirty, and the delivery techs had to clean. The 2 sofa seat cushions were ripped from where they were attached prior to being in their care, and one cushion all together was completely MISSING. The tech had to go back to find it in their warehouse and come back, which made me even later than anticipated for work. Overall each interaction was unprofessional, unsanitary, and disappointing to say the least. I would not recommend to my friends and family.

This is the worst service that I have ever encountered at a extremely expensive cost. They tore my house apart. They stole my cabinet door and fixtures. I was the damage furniture by just working around instead of moving and they left my home in a MESS. I had to sweep up after DJ and Andrew. They did unnecessary work then they worked the evening shift. They would always do about 45 minutes of actual (destruction) work and them sat in my driveway for 2+ hours. They sincerely ripped me off. Juan was the one that told me everything would be taken care of to trust them. DO NOT TRUST this SERVPRO. They ruined my home and got paid to do so. I wish I could get my cabinet fixtures back. They were expensive and hard to find. Do Not Give them any of your business. Tell your insurance company NO!
My experience with Servpro began with a very unexpected pipe burst in my home. They were very prompt and thorough in getting all of the water removed. They were very considerate, knowing that I had never experienced anything like this. The workers were all very friendly and trustworthy. I recommend this company if you ever need to have mitigation on your home.
We had water damage in several rooms and our basement from an overflowed tub. ServPro was very quick to show up and start the clean up. Their employees were knowledgeable and respectful of our property.
They did everything they said they were going to do. They were on time, courteous, and I would recommend them to anybody.
Very professional, explained everything that was going to happen (equipment, time frame, what exactly each piece of equipment did, etc.). Always answered my phone calls, and any other question I had. Couldn't have asked for better service in our time of need.

ServPro was extremely professional during the whole process with the water damage of my home. They worked fast to take care of what needed to be done so that we could move forward with the process of repairing the damages. I would strongly recommend this company to anyone.

The object of the company sent out and contracted by Allstate was to remove the water that had occurred from the leak in the defective class action suit piping of which Allstate had no intension of helping to get replaced. They just would cover damage that was created from the defective piping. 2x developed a pin hole of which massive amounts of water had to be cleaned up. ServPro made no attempt to clean up the water on the floor before leaving the dehumidifiers and fans. They said that the dehumidifiers would get it all. There was much water on the basement floor, that should have been cleaned up with either a wet vac, or other means prior to just leaving. I was very dissatisfied with their professionalism. When they returned to replace one of the defective dehumidifiers in the kitchen there was about 3 inches of water in the tray under the equipment, and they proceeded to just change from one machine to another. I had to ask them to at least empty the tray full of water under the machine. They were just going to leave it for the dehumidifier to collect. Very sloppy unprofessional work ethics. On top of all that, they charged more than the Insurance company would pay and expect to pass the rest onto me. They were contracted by the insurance company, not me. If there is a difference in charges that exceed what the insurance company will pay for the service to be performed then either they need to collect the excess from the insurance company or eat there overcharge.
