I do not recommend Servpro. From start to finish, my experience has been unprofessional, unreliable, and extremely disappointing.The water mitigation crew was unorganized and lacked communication. They delivered a dehumidifier that leaked on my wood floors, causing additional damage that wasn’t there before.The restoration crew was even worse. The first team consistently arrived late, came without the proper tools, and seemed clueless about the work required. They were led by Nolan, who—according to my insurance company—was involved in insurance fraud, claiming repairs were completed that never actually happened.When a second crew was brought in, their work was so poor it now needs to be completely redone by someone else. This entire process has cost me significant time, stress, and money.After this experience, it does not surprise me that there are multiple lawsuits pending against Servpro. I would strongly advise anyone in need of restoration services to look elsewhere.
Ultimately, they did a good job. My bathroom looks great.

The entire first floor of our home was flooded and had to be packed up and moved out until repairs were completed. ServPro responded quickly and packed, picked up, and stored our belongings. The true test of a company and it's customer service is always brought to light when something does not go as planned, it's easy when things go normal. In our case when our furniture was returned and we were opening boxes, there was a broken lamp. I called and let them know and they immediately set up a time to come out and get the lamp to see if they could replace it. They could not get a match so they arranged for us to go and pick out a new set of lamps where we had purchased the broken one. Great customer service, handled fast and professional.
Jimmy and his entire crew were absolutely incredible. Not only were they professional, thorough, and knowledgeable, but they were courteous, kind, and empathetic to our entire family. I'd recommend them to anyone!! We are so grateful to have had them come to our home during our time of crisis.
During a national pandemic, Employees to deliver contents, arrived NO masks, no gloves. One tech came into my home was obviously sick, and until I voiced my concerns about he should not be at work let alone going into peoples home share, said I am sure it's not COVID!?!?! Contents that I was assured would be cleaned came back dirty, and the delivery techs had to clean. The 2 sofa seat cushions were ripped from where they were attached prior to being in their care, and one cushion all together was completely MISSING. The tech had to go back to find it in their warehouse and come back, which made me even later than anticipated for work. Overall each interaction was unprofessional, unsanitary, and disappointing to say the least. I would not recommend to my friends and family.
