There were areas where they were really god and areas where I was not happy at all. I think a lot of it was the subcontractors.

Additional Comments - Everything was excellent. Had a neighbor with roof installed last year by a different company. He said be careful, I would find roof nails on my property for the next six months. Clean up was so good I have not found any nails (none). Thank you 800NewLook.

The only problem I had with 800 New Look is that the people they had come out to do the job were a little fouled mouth. My neighbors were also pretty unhappy about that and tried talking to them, but that did not help.

Areas Of Satisfaction - The quality of the material and workmanship is very good. We recently experienced a "bomb cyclone" with winds over 50 mph and I saw several houses where shingles were blown off and mine shows no sign of damage.
