So far our experience has been exceptional. From the design phase to the actual installation everyone has been very professional and talented.We ran into some unforseen problems with the house and they were able to help us resolve all the issues quickly and to our satisfaction.I would highly recommend them to anyone.

We did this a year or so ago... sounds like what you are looking for.  Professionally constructed, I believe it was around $25K... Richmond, VA area.

Do you have any information you can send me delineating home improvements that will add appraisal value to my home, and possibly quantify those values?

I would recommend that you look at remodeling magazine. They do an annual study of cost versus value For mini interior and exterior home improvements.
