Dwell Design Build Inc. is a full-service residential construction firm located in Toronto, Ontario. Serving the GTA, our combined experience sums to several decades of remodelling, renovation and restoration work in both the century-old homes of old Toronto, as well as the modern construction seen in the homes in many of the surrounding areas.

Our professional services include:

- A Render to Reality process that utilizes CAD & 3D visualization technologies during project conception, and is implemented by way of some of the industry's most cost, time and environmentally advantageous methodologies during production and construction

- Comprehensive and complete Project Management during the entire life-cycle of the job

- Generation of BCIN stamped / engineer sealed (as needed) permit drawings and complete permit applications

- Permit application process, and zoning variance management, with consideration for forestry, conservation, ravine-protection and heritage organizations in the different municipalities

Definitely use the LED bulbs but be sure that they are dimmable. The light output is much, much better than any other type of bulb. I know that they are more expensive but the CFL-type bulbs burn out ... read more

Yes, when using traditional incondesent bulbs make sure it is marked dimmable (most are). If you are moving into the realm of LED things get a bit more complicated. Many LED bulbs say dimmable but can ... read more
