Building a home is an extremely stressful experience at the best of times. Bruce and the Woodcastle team did a great job of making it a positive experience. I would recommend them to anyone wanting to build or renovate their home.

Initial quote was competitive in order to get the job. Costs increased beyond the original agreement and beyond any control of the home owner, yet the home owner was forced to pay the difference. The final portion of the job was taken away from Woodcastle due to the deteriorating relationship with Bruce...

This really depents on how the exisitng garage is framed, but in most cases is could be possible. Would entail a new header and side studs, then then siding & trim.

Is it natural for water main to drip after it is turned on after 3 weeks shut off ? We had shut it off and drained before going on vacation

Just behind the valve handle there is a "packing nut" that sucures the shut off valve into the body of the unit. Take a cresent wrench and tighten up that nut and this should stop that leak. No need t ... read more
