Comments
In response to our customer satisfaction surveys, homeowners share lots of comments about construction quality, communication, or any other question asked in the survey. Guildmembers can selectively publish these comments here on their profile page.
Reviews
Reviews are different than comments. These are star ratings that homeowners ask us to publish, and they come with a written description of the type of experience they had working with their contractor. We publish all of the reviews we receive: positive and negative alike.

Average quality materials and a ton of unfinished work in my home . And now they are gone. Very disappointed how my home. Now I have been trying to bring it up to par. My insurance company pay a ton of money for half work. The one guy that did the finishing work did it half way . And...

They want their money but cut corners didn't finish work then sent a $10000 dollar bill and it was an insurance claim

It can definitely be repaired, it would need extensive spackling, most likely with 2 part Bondo, then sended primed and painted.

If you don't want to loose ceiling height, you will need to remove the celing covering to gain access to the floor joist cavities.
