Comments
In response to our customer satisfaction surveys, homeowners share lots of comments about construction quality, communication, or any other question asked in the survey. Guildmembers can selectively publish these comments here on their profile page.
Reviews
Reviews are different than comments. These are star ratings that homeowners ask us to publish, and they come with a written description of the type of experience they had working with their contractor. We publish all of the reviews we receive: positive and negative alike.

From the moment Major Restoration staff entered my home I felt complete faith that the mess in my basement would be taken care of - even an infestation of fleas didn't deter these guys.

They were fine with the water extraction of our house. I would give them 3 stars for that. Repairing our house was a terrible experience that we ended up firing them from the job. It took them 3 weeks to start repairs which they told me to be fair. But they were terrible at scheduling their guys...

They did do a good job of the cleaning, but they failed on a itemized list of EVERYTHING they removed. Now my insurance will not reimburse me for everything that was removed.

Spray Foam. Much better insulator and fills any gaps that might otherwise be missed.
